Meet Milena

Hi, I’m Milena, Founder & Creative Director of Smile Factory.

My background brings together children’s entertainment, face painting and bubble magic. I hold a Master’s degree in Pedagogy, specialising in Prevention and Socio-Cultural Animation, from the University of Lodz, and I am currently studying Psychology at Arden University. I am also a mum of two, which gives me a very real understanding of children’s emotions, confidence, energy and need for meaningful connection.

Through Smile Factory, I combine joyful entertainment with a thoughtful, inclusive and child-centred approach. I care about creating experiences where children feel safe, noticed and free to express themselves, while parents can feel confident that every detail is handled with care.

I am DBS checked, hold Public Liability Insurance and use professional, child-safe materials. Smile Factory is built on creativity, trust and responsibility, offering children magical, unforgettable experiences in safe, professional hands.
